The house is on two levels, each of which have been completely refurbished.  The upper level is a 2 bed apartment that can accomodate upto five people and on the lower level is the studio which can accomodate two.  The apartment comprises of kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, double bedroom, twin bedroom and balcony area.  The studio has a kitchen/sitting room, bathroom, double bedroom and external patio.  Both accommodations are clean, fully furnished and as you will see from their profiles, they offer excellent facilities.

Guests staying in either accommodation have use of a washing machine, which is situated in a cupboard under the outer stairway opposite the entrance to the studio.  As Ioanna's is available to rent all year round; to cater for guests during the winter it is fully central heated throughout and air-conditioned for your comfort during the summer.

A travel cot is also available for a small fee (apartment only).
