The house is on two levels, each of which have been completely refurbished; the upper level is an apartment that can accomodate upto five people and the lower level is a studio which accomodates two.  The apartment comprises of kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, double bedroom, twin bedroom and balcony area.  The studio consists of a kitchen/sitting room, bathroom, double bedroom and external patio.  Both accommodations are clean, fully furnished and as you will see from the accommodation pages; offer excellent facilities.

Guests staying in either accommodation have use of a washing machine, which is situated in a cupboard under the outer stairway opposite the entrance to the studio.  As Ioanna's is available to rent all year round; to cater for guests during the winter it is fully central heated throughout.

A travel cot is also available for a small fee for the apartment only.
